Make money order payable to Chapter 13 Trustee MDAL. Use pre-printed labels provided for correct case number indentification. Provide name and address on money order. Make money order in correct amount of plan payment.
Proper placement of your Chapter 13 "Case Number label" on your money order is essential for processing the funds. DO NOT place the label over ANY NUMBERS or other crucial information on the money order.
